Experience with Oneplus Two Support

After collecting money for about 3 months I bought a new Oneplus Two phone as soon as I got the invite. Unfortunately the phone's fingerprint reader stopped working. It's a device and these things can happen. But when it came to get this phone repaired the customer service in India gave me the worst experience possible.

I visited a service center on 23rd December 2015, and the person in-charge promised to repair the phone within 7 days but after I called them after 15 days and that is when they started with the most ridiculous requests. They asked me to pick up the phone from one service center and travel for another 15 kilometers and give it in another service center because a repair part is not available. I do not understand how they can even expect the customer to run an errand for them? If the part is not available why should the customer run around for the company to get it.

Above all this nonsense the customer support doesn't even bother to reply to my emails. Here are a few screenshots.

This post is to bring public attention on how nicely Oneplus two deals with it's customers and how unreasonable can they get.

Anyone out there who is reading this, please do not buy the phone and expect even decent customer service because they are nothing but unreasonable people.

Also, I do not have any phone right not thanks to them. I don't even know how I will be able to get my phone repaired ever by them.
